The City of Huntsville will receive sealed bids, priced on a firm fixed price basis (stipulated sum), to provide all necessary equipment, materials, labor and supervision necessary, as outlined in the Plans, Specifications, and Bid Manual for the Elevator Preventive Maintenance & Services.
